Billy Minshull-Gardner is an up-and-coming filmmaker with a highly atmospheric, at times whimsical, visual style. He has directed numerous short films and music videos, including A Literary Tale (2011), Tea for the Ratcatcher (2012), The Rosewood Gladiator (2013), and Ruby’s Balloon: “A Nightmare in Chalk” (2014). Following a successful Pozible campaign and six day shoot, he is currently in post-production on a longer version of Ruby’s Balloon, which he wrote and produced with Nicole Melrose.
